If you enrolled during the New Year, New You promotion, here’s the instructions on how to redeem and get your points!
How do my attendees/new enrollees redeem their 100 product points?
In order to ensure each new Wellness Advocate and/or Wholesale Customer has an enjoyable experience with earning their 100 points, please make sure they take the following steps:
- An individual must attend a New Year, New You event between January 1 and February 28, 2017.
- In order to qualify for the 100 free product points, an individual must enroll as a Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer within five business days after attending a New Year, New You event with a 100+ PV enrollment order AND have a 100+ PV Loyalty Rewards order process the month following enrollment.
- Once the new enrollee has enrolled with a 100+ PV enrollment order and enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program with a 100+ PV order, they will need to go to doterra.myvoffice.com/nyny/ and enter in their ID number and password they use to log in to their regular dōTERRA account. *** THIS IS VITAL ***
- Once they have entered the code newyou17 and their 100 PV Loyalty Rewards Order has processed, the 100 free product points will automatically be added to the new enrollee’s account within three to five business days after the 100 PV Loyalty Rewards Order has been processed.
Please Note: If their 100 PV Loyalty Rewards Order was processed, but they did not go in and enter the code, they can enter in the code any time before April 30, 2017, and the points will be added with seven to fourteen business days after they entered in the code.
The last day to sign up for the New Year, New You promotion is March 3, 2017. Enrollments after this date will not count and no exceptions can be made.
